44 Find an opportunity on campus

You can find exciting and meaningful work and begin to build your career path while you are still a student through a Work-Study position.

Thousands of positions are open from September to February and from May to August and will help you develop knowledge, skills and experience that complement your academic studies.

  1. Check the CLN job board in April for summer positions and in August for fall positions.
  2. Apply for a Work Study position in September or April and check out the Work Study Training Program to help you get the most out of your Work Study experience.
  3. Many positions will be recorded on your Co-Curricular Record (CCR), giving you a detailed account of the skills you employed while on the job.
  4. Use Career Navigator and the Research Catalogue to find opportunities within your department.
